Recently, the “2023 Yunnan Province Industrial Leading Talents Advanced Training Course” was successfully held in Hangzhou, hosted by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and hosted by the Precious Metals Group.

This 5-day training course adopts a dual training mode of “enterprise+university”. The students delve into the headquarters of Geely Group and Boss Electric Appliances, and through a new teaching mode of sandbox simulation, role division, and group discussion, simulate enterprise operations with high fidelity. They learn practical experience in intelligent manufacturing frontier technology, intelligent transformation and upgrading path, product market occupation, and brand building. Famous Zhejiang business scholars and experts and professors from Zhejiang University, taking into account the new characteristics of the world economy in 2023, have conducted in-depth discussions on the macroeconomic situation with students, taking the deepening development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation as the entry point.
It is reported that Yunnan Province has been implementing the professional and technical talent knowledge updating project since 2013. Up to now, more than 100 training courses have been held, training more than 5000 people, making it the most influential training and training program for professional and technical talents in Yunnan Province.
